CWA/AT&T Midwest Bargaining Report #16

This morning, the committees met together, and the company passed a proposal on Article 11 (Information Sharing) and a proposal to delete Common Attendance Guidelines, which would then allow each department to devise harsher and more punitive procedures. The Appendix G subcommittee met with the company’s subcommittee to continue discussions around the Global Services Business.

This afternoon, the Appendix F subcommittee met again to go over additional member demands to reinforce our members’ issues to the company. Later, the full committee met, and tentative agreements were reached on Article 11 (Information Sharing) and Appendices A23, A26, and A28 which deal with Operator Services and Leveraged Title.

The committee spent the remainder of the day working on proposals and counter proposals to make our work lives better and to give us more flexibility in our personal lives.

In Solidarity,

Your CWA District 4 Bargaining Team
