We’ve been through a lot in the last few years as healthcare workers, and standing together as a union is more important than ever. On April 19th we’re gathering to discuss the future of our fight for safe staffing in healthcare and our working conditions.

Topics we’ll be covering:

• Our work to hold our hospitals accountable to the new staffing law, and what comes next, including updates from the Department of Health 
• Changes we can expect to our hospitals, including new laws that affect our jobs
• Measures New York State is taking to increase healthcare staff recruitment and retention
