Why We Collect Staffing Data
CWA members must submit staffing data because we know that we cannot rely on management-submitted data to track staffing in our facilities. By filling out a simple form to report the staffing in your facilities, we can see staffing trends in your hospitals and compare staffing levels across the State.
What will this data be used for?
This information will help us understand staffing trends and compare over time and across the State so that we can better inform our staffing plans, our bargaining, and what we fight for in Albany.
Can I submit data anonymously?
Yes. The form does not require you to fill out your contact information if you are simply submitting staffing data. If you decide to file an official complaint, the Union will need a way to contact you and require you to fill out contact information. Your information WILL NOT be given to management without your consent.
