FINAL BARGAINING REPORT CWA/CENTURYLINK March 17, 2017 Dear CWA Members: We are pleased to announce that CWA has reached a tentative agreement with CenturyLink on a new three year contract. We began bargaining on February 28, 2017 and continued into the early morning of March 15, 2017. I am proud of the work your bargaining committee did in order to present this tentative agreement to you. We are confident that we have negotiated the best settlement possible in this round of negotiations. Your bargaining committee unanimously recommends ratification of this agreement and thanks you for your support during these negotiations.
CWA/AT&T – SOUTHWEST – TENTATIVE AGREEMENT The following tentative agreement has been reached after the Communications Workers of America District 6 and AT&T Southwest agreed to enter into early bargaining. Negotiations began on February 1, 2017 to reach an agreement with AT&T before the expiration of the 2013 Labor Agreement.
CENTURYTEL BARGAINING REPORT #8 March 15, 2017 Your CWA Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that, after "stopping the clock" on the current agreement's midnight expiration, the parties reached a tentative agreement on a successor contract at 2:31 a.m.

CENTURYTEL BARGAINING REPORT #6 March 10, 2017 The Union and Company met this afternoon, March 10, 2017.  The Union gave the Company an amended UC proposal to CP20 - Retail Sales Organization, amended UP10 - Overtime, and UC proposal to CC to UC to CP13 - Force Adjustment.
CENTURYTEL BARGAINING REPORT #5 March 10, 2017 The Union and Company met on Thursday, March 9, 2017.  The Union made counter proposals to the following Company proposals; amended CP5 - Holidays, CP12 - Work Schedules and CP20 Retail Sales Organization.
March 9, 2017 BARGAINING REPORT #4 CENTURYTEL OF MISSOURI Locals: 6300, 6301, 6311, 6312, & 6373 The Union bargaining committee met on Monday, March 6, 2017, to analyze documentation the Company provided and worked on counter proposals.
