Virtual Membership Meeting 7/9/2020 Update

Pre-Registration for the 7/9/2020 Virtual Membership meeting has closed at 12 noon today.  Zoom registration emails have been sent to everyone who registered through the website.  Once you receive your email, click the link to complete the registration process and you will then receive an invitation for the meeting.  The meeting will begin Thursday 7/9 at 6:30.  If you have not received your Zoom registration email by 4 pm Thursday, please call the Hall at (330)645-4302 to have the link re-sent.

You must join the meeting through the Zoom App for authentication purposes.  Once you join the meeting you will be placed in a queue while a meeting organizer verifies your invitation and then authorizes your entry into the meeting.  Once in the meeting, normal meeting rules and decorum will be followed.
